This dip fits perfectly with grilled salmon. Serve with rice. Greek style yogurt is a bit sourer than regular plain yogurt. It is easy to prepare, and it takes only 45 minutes. Bear in mind that it contains 396 calories.

This is what you need;

  • 2 avocados – peeled, pitted and diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 3 tablespoons Greek-style yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 pounds’ salmon steaks
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill weed
  • 2 teaspoons lemon pepper
  • Salt to taste
